SHINE មានមោទនភាពជាខ្លាំងចំពោះលោក ចាន់ សុភី ជាគ្រូកីឡានៅវិទ្យាស្ថានសាំងហ្គាពួរ ដែលត្រូវបានសហព័ន្ធយូដូកម្ពុជា អញ្ជើញធ្វើជាអាជ្ញាកណ្តាលសម្រាប់ការប្រកួតយូដូក្នុងព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ស៊ីហ្គេមលើកទី៣២-កម្ពុជា ថ្ងៃទី១៣ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី១៦ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣។

យើងសូមថ្លែងអំណរគុណចំពោះលោកគ្រូ ដែលធ្វើការរួមជាមួយនឹងគណៈកម្មាធិការបច្ចេកទេសផ្សេងទៀត ចំពោះការខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែង និងការលះបង់របស់គាត់ក្នុងការដឹកនាំការប្រកួតប្រកបដោយភាពយុត្តិធម៌ និងសុវត្ថិភាពសម្រាប់អត្តពលិកទាំងអស់ដែលបានចូលរួមប្រកួត។

SHINE is extremely proud of Mr. Chan Sophy, our Sports Teacher who was called by the Judo Federation Cambodia to be a referee for the Judo competition at the 32nd Southeast Asian (SEA) Games - Cambodia, 13th – 16th May 2023.

We thank Sophy, working alongside other technical officials, for his hard work and dedication to conducting the contests in a fair and safe way for all athletes.
